Privacy, in plain words.

The same register as the rest of this site: what gets collected, what happens to it, and what never happens. If any of this stops being true, this page changes first.

The whole story

Collected, used, never.

What this site collects

Only what you type: the answers, email and phone you put into the pricing calculator, the details you give the booking page, and anything you email me. Reading the site collects nothing: no analytics cookies, no trackers, no pixels are running as this page is written. If measurement is ever added, it will be privacy-respecting, cookieless, and named here.

What happens with it

I read it and reply. Calculator details get at most one follow-up from me personally. Booking details get used to run the call you booked. Data lands in my inbox and, once my systems are wired, my own CRM, hosted with mainstream providers (Vercel for this site's functions, my email provider) who process it to deliver those services.

What never happens

No mailing lists you did not ask for, no drip campaigns, no selling or renting your details, no "partners". The gate on the calculator promises at most one follow-up; that promise is the product and it is kept.

Your call, always

Want your details corrected or deleted? Say so by email and it happens, promptly, no forms and no fuss. If you believe I have mishandled your information, tell me first and I will fix it; you can also raise concerns with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Client work is different, and stricter

Data handled inside client projects (your CRM, your customer records) is governed by the scope we sign: it stays in your systems and your tenancy, access is least required, and nothing is used to train anyone's models. That design goes in writing before work starts.
